Follow Along Program

A FREE program that all Minnesota children from birth to age three are eligible for!

The Follow Along Program is a good way to learn about your child's health and development. You will receive Ages & Stages Questionnaires® in the mail every 4-6 months and complete the questionnaires with your child. The questionnaires ask simple questions to determine how your child is hearing, moving, seeing, playing, talking, learning, growing and acting. You will mail the completed questionnaires back to our Public Health team and the results will be shared with you by phone or mail along with handouts of fun activities. If there is a potential concern, someone from our team will work with you to discuss next steps which may include available resources, further evaluation or connecting to early intervention services.

It is a fun way to get ideas of "what to teach" and "at what age" to teach new skills.
