Eligibility:
- Children & Adolescents ages 6mo-18 years old on a Minnesota Health Care Program or is American Indian/Alaskan Native who qualify for the Minnesota Vaccine for Children Program (MnVFC).
- Review this Self-Screening Form from Minnesota Department of Health to determine if your child qualifies.
- Children & Adults who are uninsured or underinsured.
- Underinsured means you have private insurance that does not cover vaccines or that caps prevention services or you have a Medicare policy that does not cover specific vaccines.
- Call your insurance provider to check coverage before scheduling an appointment.
- The suggested fee is $5.00 per vaccine. Adults will not be turned away for inability to pay.
- Children & Adults who have private insurance
- Adults who have Medicare
- Children & Adults who will pay for the Vaccination out of pocket.

Children & Adolescent Immunizations
Children & Adolescents ages 0-18 years old may be eligible to receive vaccines from Cass County Public Health. Cass County Public Health participates in the Minnesota Vaccine for Children Program (MnVFC).
Your child may be eligible for free vaccines if your child is on a Minnesota Health Care Program or is American Indian/Alaskan Native. Review this Self-Screening Form from Minnesota Department of Health to determine if your child qualifies.

Adult Immunizations
Cass County Public Health has select vaccines available for adults ages 19 years and older who qualify for the Uninsured and Underinsured Adult Vaccine (UUAV) program.
You may be eligible for vaccines if you are uninsured or underinsured.
