More specifically, well-being encompasses the presence of positive emotions and moods (e.g., contentment, happiness), the absence of negative emotions (e.g., depression, anxiety), satisfaction with life, fulfillment, and positive functioning.Call 2.1.1. for help. NAMI Training Opportunity: Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR)
Learn the three steps anyone can take to help prevent suicide. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. This 1.5 hour class is for members of the community over the age of 16 who want to learn best practices in suicide prevention. A certificate of attendance is available for this class and will be sent after you fill out the evaluation.

- The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (the Lifeline) is an easier to remember and easier to dial number to reach trained suicide prevention and crisis counselors, but it’s also a lot more. It now includes two more ways people can connect with the Lifeline – through chatting or texting. In a moment of crisis or distress, Minnesotans now have the option to call, chat, or text the Lifeline
