Overview
This office is grant-funded by the County Attorney's Office and offers assistance to "general crime victims." This refers to but is not limited to:
- Assault
- Robbery
- Burglary
- Theft
- Homicide
- DWI vehicular homicide or injury
- Arson
- Criminal damage to property
- Bias/hate crimes

Support Services
- Crisis Intervention

- Information regarding the rights of victims
- Referral to other agencies or sources of assistance
- Help to complete Restraining/Harassment orders
- Transportation for court-related appointments
Court Related Services
- Information regarding the criminal justice system
- Support and accompaniment to court or other legal proceedings
- Information concerning the status and disposition of the case
- Support and accompaniment to court or other legal proceedings
- Notification of court proceedings
- Assistance in preparing Victim Impact Statements.
Financial Assistance
- Assistance in completing county and state compensation forms
- Information and assistance with the county restitution forms
- Assistance in obtaining the release of property held as evidence
